The 57th Annual NSPCA Exhibition will feature art by Joe Ray Kelley of Bella Vista, AR at the Salmagundi Club, New York City. The Exhibition is open Daily and Weekends 1p.m. to 5 p.m. May 20th through June 10th, 2011. The painting is titiled: "Life Is Not Awalys Beautiful' 30x20" Acrylic on canvas. $2,000
