“OF WINE & ROSES”
A WINE TASTING EXPERIENCE
The Cystic Fibrosis Institute, a Glenview based not for profit serving individuals and families affected by cystic fibrosis, is hosting “Of Wine & Roses” a Wine Tasting Experience fundraiser on Sunday September 26, 2010 from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Maestro Seafood & Grill, 500 N. Anthony Drive, Northbrook, IL. Artist Joe Ray Kelley has graciously permitted his painting entitled “Wine and Roses” to be used as the theme for the event. A signed print of the painting is one of the Silent Auction items available during the tasting. Other Silent Auction items include a week in Puerto Vallarta, additional original paintings, prints, and ceramics, jewelry by Allison Schiller, Chicagoland events and sports related items. Those attending will dine on Grande Hors D’oeuvres, have the opportunity to sample a variety of wines, and participate in “Buy a Cork”. There will also be a raffle for a one week vacation in a beautiful 3 bedroom beachfront suite in Aruba. Tickets for the event are $100 per person. Raffle tickets for the Aruba vacation are $50 each or 3 for $100. All proceeds will benefit those impacted by cystic fibrosis.
