The National Oil & Acrylic Painters' Society (NOAPS) is pleased to announce the 2011 Annual "Best of America" selected artists.

Eighty outstanding oil and acrylic painters from all across the USA will participate in the NOAPS 21st Annual Exhibit. Artists from 30 states are represented from Alaska to Florida and California to New Hampshire. The paintings in the exhibit were chosen from over 600 entries, truly the créme de la créme of oil and acrylic painters in the USA. The 57th Annual NSPCA Exhibition will feature art by Joe Ray Kelley of Bella Vista, AR at the Salmagundi Club, New York City. The Exhibition is open Daily and Weekends 1p.m. to 5 p.m. May 20th through June 10th, 2011. The painting is titiled: "Life Is Not Awalys Beautiful' 30x20" Acrylic on canvas. $2,000

“OF WINE & ROSES”
A WINE TASTING EXPERIENCE
The Cystic Fibrosis Institute, a Glenview based not for profit serving individuals and families affected by cystic fibrosis, is hosting “Of Wine & Roses” a Wine Tasting Experience fundraiser on Sunday September 26, 2010 from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Maestro Seafood & Grill, 500 N. Anthony Drive, Northbrook, IL. Artist Joe Ray Kelley has graciously permitted his painting entitled “Wine and Roses” to be used as the theme for the event. A signed print of the painting is one of the Silent Auction items available during the tasting. Other Silent Auction items include a week in Puerto Vallarta, additional original paintings, prints, and ceramics, jewelry by Allison Schiller, Chicagoland events and sports related items. Those attending will dine on Grande Hors D’oeuvres, have the opportunity to sample a variety of wines, and participate in “Buy a Cork”. There will also be a raffle for a one week vacation in a beautiful 3 bedroom beachfront suite in Aruba. Tickets for the event are $100 per person. Raffle tickets for the Aruba vacation are $50 each or 3 for $100. All proceeds will benefit those impacted by cystic fibrosis.
